I had such a wonderful experience with Tractor Supply in Charlottesville, and I especially want to recognize an associate named Liam. I live about 40 minutes away, and before making the drive, I called to see if someone could send me photos of the Justin work boots they had in stock since I was shopping for my husband’s birthday. I knew it was an unusual request and completely understood if they weren’t able to help. Without hesitation, Liam gladly took my phone number and within about 15 minutes sent me multiple photos of the boots they had available. His willingness to go above and beyond for a customer was truly impressive. He was kind, professional, patient, and made the entire experience so easy. Outstanding customer service like this is hard to find these days, and Liam deserves to be recognized for the care and effort he put into helping me. Thank you, Liam, for turning a simple phone call into such a positive experience. Tractor Supply is fortunate to have an employee like you!

I had a great experience at Tractor Supply Company. I was shopping for supplies for my baby turkey and found everything I needed. The employees were very friendly and helped me choose the right cage as well as a red heat lamp to keep my baby turkey warm and comfortable. I also found high-quality feed at a great price. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and made the whole experience easy. I will definitely be coming back for more supplies. Highly recommend! 🦃😊

I was able to locate what I needed. However, the selection was limited due to the aisles not being fully stocked. I observed staff only at the cash registers, and there were no other employees available on the floor to assist customers. There are a sufficient number of self-checkout stations available.

They display and sell storage boxes with no lids. Then, when you ask for the lids, they accuse you of being incapable of finding never-existing lids. They are very matter-of-fact about even selling incomplete parts and make you spend another 10 mins to return them and wait for your money to be refunded. They also don’t care. I came here because it’s conveniently located, but don’t waste your time.
